by the time I started my job career I used to work on Display Develop. Here is part of my work there.
A project to work on a must on every home but leaved behind by the world, a new phone for home, a retro-modern design with electro-magnetic reposition of the parts.
This is a new design where I unify some functions. The bed joins the wardrobe in open style. With this I've made an intimate space for dressing, and so accessible.
I thought to do this in a whole piece of furniture, creating the nucleus of the room, with all the needs there.
Also, it has some light points. At the dressing part, there are two hallogen wallwashers, then in the front, there are a reading light, and finally at the sides of the bedside tables, there are indirectly illumination for this moments you want some light but not much at all.
A child's room with the necessary distinctive touch that childs will love . As you could see, there's a treehouse incorporated on it, nowadays it's hard to have one. It's elevated, made of wood, it have an artificial grass floor, and a lighting point beside the door and inside it.
You can take profit from the stance below (boxroom) tiding up all the boxes, toys, drawings, etc that normally are on the floor of the room.
The sliding door encloses the wardrobe, and if you want, the "boxroom".
Finally, an important part of the project are the illustrations around the furniture, made by the designer Núria Galceran.
In this design, the materials are very important and has been designed around them and see the brushed aluminum plate always laser lights in some sense, reflexes, and the curvatures of the ends.
On the other hand engraved glass etched diffuser us for the halogen light source giving a contrast of smooth shadows while maintaining the warm tone of light.
Personally I quite like the combination of these materials and appearance is achieved, as it provides a lot of personality, yet is easy to combine in any space.
There is also the option to mount hung on high ceilings.
I have illumination design studies at IED, and this is one of my works studying a case for textura store.
Here are other projects I've made, just an overview of what I've made to imagine what can we make.
